How to use
How to make the best use of your sage oil
For ambient diffusion, add 1 drop per square metre of the environment using an essential oil burner or thermostat humidifier to create a relaxing and purifying atmosphere.
For the half-cup, add 8 drops of sage essence to the bidet water and soak for at least 15 minutes. Repeat daily, even twice a day, for genitourinary irritation.
For gargling, add 5 drops to a glass of lukewarm water and rinse at least twice a day for canker sores, weak and bleeding gums, stomatitis and laryngitis.
As a hair lotion, dilute to 5-10% in water as a treatment to block alopecia and purify the scalp.
